Carolyn is a veteran comedian, writer, and unapologetic wise-ass who has been making audiences laugh professionally for more than 20 years.
Known for her sharp observations and twisted take on everyday life, Carolyn finds comedy in the ordinary, the uncomfortable, and the ridiculous parts of being human. Her material is intensely relatable, delivered with an attitude that makes audiences laugh while occasionally wondering, “Did she really just say that?”
Carolyn has performed at comedy clubs, colleges, theaters, corporations, and some decidedly unusual venues across the country. She has appeared alongside many of the top headliners in comedy and has participated in festivals including the Burbank Comedy Festival, Boston Comedy Festival, and Women in Comedy Festival, where she was named Best of the Fest at Burbank.
She has also performed at Denis Leary’s Comics Come Home 26 at TD Garden in support of the Cam Neely Foundation.
A versatile performer who can entertain everyone from nuns to biker dudes, Carolyn Plummer brings a unique combination of honesty, snark, and fearless observational comedy to every stage she hits.
