Lawson Chong of Little Ipoh brings the bold, nostalgic flavors of Malaysian cuisine to life, inspired by his childhood in Ipoh Village. For this event, he’ll be cooking with local Vernon Family Farm proteins to craft unforgettable dishes packed with rich spices and soul.
