OUTDOORS + FAMILY FRIENDLY .
Join us for a sourdough workshop at the farm, where we will learn from Adrienne Pasquale, owner of Titus 2 Breads, a popular microbakery that many Seacoast residents and Vernon Family Farm shoppers have come to love.
The hour-long class will include:
A lecture and demo on sourdough
Nutrition profile and health benefits
Making and maintaining a starter
Making bread
Q&A
This includes a demonstration of each step of the process, where Adrienne puts dough together at the farm, brings a dough that’s ready for a shaping demo, and brings bread that’s been baked for the final result.
Every attendee can also purchase dehydrated sourdough flakes with an instruction and recipe card to bring home to make their own starter after the class. This is not included in the ticket cost.
Our farm store will be open until the end of the activity. 10% off purchases of $50 or more for participants.
WHAT TO BRING: A good attitude, appropriate clothing for the outdoors, a grocery shopping list for the farm store!
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Adrienne Pasquale
Adrienne has been practicing the art of sourdough bread baking in her home for the past 15 years. As a young mom trying to find the healthiest foods to feed her family, she learned of all of the benefits of fermentation and naturally leavened baked goods and started to incorporate them into their diet. After a few years of baking at home, her neighbors began to be interested in her breads and her microbakery, Titus 2 Breads, was born in New York in 2017.
She has been living in New Hampshire for the past five years, where she continues to run her microbakery from home with her family, and teaches classes locally. Her robust line of sourdough products can be found at Vernon Family Farm, year-round.

The farm store is open during all on-farm events til 8pm. Drop in for drinks, snacks, or some local groceries to bring home with you.
