Please note: some packages may be labeled as ground sheep. This is due to a technicality at the processors where we take our animals. The back molars are check and it is determined if it’s a “lamb” or a “sheep”. All ground sheep is lamb (not mutton). Our lambs are processed between 9-15months of age.

All products are frozen.

Orders are processed within a week.

VFF CSA cannot be used to purchase this box. Boxes are only available online.
