Pay this non-refundable deposit, customize your cut list with or without an employee (email at info@vernonfamilyfarm.com), pick up your meat at Vernon Family Farm store when it arrives and pay remaining balance at that time. Hanging weight varies and the price is $8.50 a pound hanging weight. We estimate the side of beef being anywhere from 250-350 lbs. You typically receive 5 or 6 boxes with the rough dimensions of 12” x 18” x 9”.
